The villa offers everything for a successful vacation. Facilities, cleanliness and service are exemplary. The outdoor area and pool are very well maintained. Everything looks as shown in the pictures. If you had any questions, the owner's son was immediately available, always kind and helpful. Only the approach to the villa was an adventure due to the huge slope and winding streets upon arrival. But once you've mastered the driveway, it's no longer a real problem. We can highly recommend the villa for a peaceful and relaxing family vacation! Five stars *****

You have a very nice view after you overcome the steep approach. The house corresponds to the description and pictures. Everything is there and very well equipped. The pool is very clean and you have peace and quiet. Shops and restaurants can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. The host and his son are very helpful and there immediately if needed. We had a very nice week!

Lovely place, perfectly located if you wish to be excluded from all the beach-front day and nocturnal activities. Hosts were great and the house has pretty much everything one needs/wants. There are two downsides, that are irrespective of the hosts: first door neighbors seem to be burdened with security, hence oversized night lamps that ruin the view and the road to the house is quite narrow. However, don't be discouraged by this, the house is worth it.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The owners were very nice and were always available. The villa is very spacious and well equipped. From all terraces and balconies you have a fantastic view of the sea and the islands. Even from the pool you have a great view of the sea. Everything was very clean and nothing was missing. Everything looks like in the pictures. A holiday home to recommend. The stars are absolutely deserved.

Great villa, the best we have ever had. It can only be recommended. All wishes were fulfilled. The only drawback: there are no shops or restaurants in the village. Access to the view of the villa is very, very steep. But the view makes up for it all.

The villa is just a dream. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The landlords are very friendly and always available. The view from the balcony is simply amazing. There are more than enough dishes, towels and, upon request, even a second drying rack, no problem. We will definitely vacation here again. The steep entrance is very frightening the first time but after practicing several times it's all my problem. I can recommend the villa to everyone. An unforgettable vacation.

Our first vacation in Croatia with a fantastic view of the Adriatic. Villa View deserves that name. Really great house. Modern, extremely clean, large rooms, good kitchen equipment so that we could cook ourselves. It was also great that there were so many towels available. Satellite TV with enough German programs. A large barbecue in front of the house ensures a great barbecue. Landlady Jasmin is warm, fresh and always available. Great service. The approach to the house is doubly steep, which was exciting for us every time. But you have to accept that if you want this panoramic view. You can't get enough of it on the balconies, and with the Croatian white wine Zlathina in the glass, it's pure luxury. The entrance to the house is a few steps (this information for older tourists) The shop is close, the entrance to Crikvenica, very ideal. We can recommend the house and we will be happy to remember our vacation, not only by the excellent photos, but also by our experiences.

Great house, very clean, great amenities, everything as shown online, including photos. The pool and sunbeds are not visible from the outside. Very kind landlady and very kind landlord. Perfect communication in advance and with the rental couple on site. Special requests (2 additional sunbeds and 2 drying racks) were requested in advance, promised and reliably realized. It is recommended. The approach to the house is surprisingly steep the first time, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to negotiate with the car. The seven of us really enjoyed our vacation.

We stayed at Villa View in the last week of August. We were warmly welcomed by our host with a welcome beer for us adults and juices for the children. The house (very high quality and fully equipped), the pool and the views are breathtaking. Everything looks exactly as shown on the home page. Only the approach is very steep, but easy to overcome by car. We really liked the little cove for swimming on the Kačjak peninsula and would come back again and again.

We stayed at Villa View in mid-May. Handover upon arrival with very friendly hosts was very quick and uncomplicated. After that we enjoyed a week in this great house. The pool is beautiful and our (teenage) kids loved it. There is a mooring and enough deckchairs for every position of the sun. For sun lovers, there are two terraces with a fantastic view of Kvarner (one day we even saw dolphins). The house is fully and well equipped and is a good starting point for trips to the surrounding area or to the sea. However, you always need a car or at least bicycles (very tiring). We would always come back in May.
